You really need to do some independent research, since no one is able to tell you anything definitive without even a picture. But I doubt you hit the lottery; it's possibly a 1907 pattern Lee Enfield bayonet. Several US armories prduced Enfields for the British Govt. during World War I. It more than...

I own three straight razors and I wouldn't get any one of them within a foot of my face. So, no.

Hey guys, found a Micarta handled, SE Spydie. The box said Endura, the knife looked more like a Police to me. The blade was thicker than a Pol., but thinner than an End. VG-10 steel too. It was a lockback. Will check into this. AFAIK, neither the Endura or the Police were ever done with ...

My first impression to that question is "Why?" It's just something else to wear out and increase the price point of the knife. After moderate use, I find they usually look like crap. I actually go out of my way to avoid buying coated blades. It's not like I need to be sneaking along the Me...

No, we won't all agree to that. FRN is a tough, resilient, hard wearing and long lasting material, and has it's place. It is hardly "bottom of the barrel."

"Inox" means only that it's stainless steel, and does not relect any particular alloy.

That's correct, I have one. Nice knife, but it's never seen one single minute of pocket time. Just doesn't speak to me.

Hi all, I paid $75 for a new blue Yojimbo folder. Did I get ripped off? Thanks, Edgar I guess that's for you to decide, but New Graham, whose prices are usually lower than most other dealers, is selling Blue Yo's for $99.96, and they're sold out of them at that price. Sounds to me like you got a de...

I'd be interested to see your data, then.

S90v also costs nearly twice what S30v does - I consider doubling material cost a shortcoming; perhaps you don't.

Why? Crucible themselves say that research data shows that at 60-62 HRC S30V is tougher than S90V. In addition, S90V is more expensive, more difficult to grind, finish, and heat treat. About the only thing that I see to recommend it is that Sal has said that in CATRA testing S90V was slightly superi...

I was dating a gal last summer. We really hit it off at first. I even gave her numbered Dodo. She got really crazy/mean. No one in San Antonio is going to run you through checkpoints and conduct searches to find lockblades on your person. The only way that law might even come into play is if they needed something to establish probable cause, or a charge to hold you until they could gather enough evidence of another cr...
