Re: dragonfly lc200n wharncliffe?
I love my K390 wharncliffe d-fly. It pairs really well with the Military for me in those instances where I need a knife for a small task like opening a small package, or a bag of chips and such in a public place. I would personally like to see a green lc200n version but given all of the wharnies rec...

Re: So about the Kahr Delica type/shape?
The site says the knife is on back order. Does anybody know how long it takes 5x5 to fill the back orders? I had a Kahr Arms Delica that I regret selling. It’s a really handy design with some serious cutting power. I grind every JanDelica myself in response to orders from 5x5. They are a small busi...

Re: A copper spyderco
I like the idea of a copper lil native along the lines of what RLR posted but with REX45 (are you listening BHQ?) or M4 to patina with the copper. Copper scales would be too heavy for me to carry under most circumstances unless it was a small knife. I do like the idea of somehow incorporating an Ind...

Re: Janisong not available in US?
I have tried to order one from Europe before and the site blocked shipping to the US. I live in an open carry state with essentially no knife laws but I can’t own a Janisong. It’s very weird.

I haven’t seen one in person but it appears to be about the same size as a Manix minus the choil. Is this true? Thanks!

Bento Box Shop has both the Para 3 and PM2 in K390 if you don’t mind compression locks and paying a steep premium.

Re: A Gayle Bradley 2 in Cruwear!
From everything that I’ve read about him or from Gayle Bradley himself I am surprised that anything endorsed by him isn’t M4. It’s an interesting choice by BHQ to switch steels from their normal exclusives away from a steel that’s preferred by the original designer.

Re: Spyderco Stretch Original
The HAP40 version of the original Stretch is my favorite version of the Stretch family. The steel feels like it was made for this knife and I like both the aesthetics and ergonomics a lot more than the Stretch 2 or any of the straight spine versions. I appreciate Sal and company’s CQI but I agree wi...

Re: Biggest sturdy Spyderco folder?
I am surprised that nobody has mentioned the K2. It’s a beast of a knife and really too large and heavy for reasonable pocket carry.

A reverse S Dragonfly for me. The cutting power in a blade that small would be pretty cool. It would kind of be an even smaller lil Matriarch.

This and the Catcherman may be my two most anticipated models from the Reveal. I am also pretty happy that this is regular production because I missed out on the 15v version and this is a very nice surprise.

Re: St. Nick’s Exclusive red and black Goddard!
Thanks Buddafucco. I had been kicking myself for not getting a backup and I was able to score one last night before they went OOS. I now have 3 knives that I own a backup for. This joined the elite company of my beloved 52100 Military and GB1. Thanks again.

That is a large chunk of M4 and I too am a fan of M4. I like the Yojimbo design and I haven’t tried the Yojumbo. It has too much going for it for me to say no to that combo.

Those of you on Blade Forums, USN or elsewhere, let those who are in the fixed and Cold Steel sub forums know that Spyderco is looking at turning out 4 to 4+ blades and they are looking for buyers!!!! We need to generate interest in these knives if we want them produced!!! Yes sir! If Sal is design...

Re: let's settle this once and for all
Military1. My favorite design and knife of any maker. I am willing to give the Military 2 a chance but it seems like an oversized PM2 to me and I am not a fan of comp locks. I know there are multiple threads about this subject but being less expensive to produce isn’t a selling point to me, although...

You pay premium prices at both places but I’ve had the best luck with the already mentioned Country Knives and also Blazin Blades.

Re: Future value of Paysan on secondary market?
What made this knife so expensive? If I understand correctly it’s made of a single piece of milled Ti but the price on this was well North of a CRK.
