A friend of mine had a modded stretch 2 with the aero carbon by cuscadi. As far as I remember the carbonfibre was a grippy as the chaparrals, although the woven pattern was somewhat different. The carbonfibre ist pretty smooth and does not have the same grippy structure as the gaylebradley/sage1/terzuola/chaparral; it's more gentleman like.
