I will agree with comments that Tenacious is entry level blade, and is good as it is. I like its smooth action, blade shape, quality of materials and overall build. You forgot to highlight the main subject of the paragraph. "...does not cover damage caused by...disassembly" I completely agree that if someone damages their knife by taking it apart then the warranty should not cover it. Even if someone takes a knife apart and can't get it back together...
