NYC does not equal NY state, they may as well be two separate entities.
Carry what you want upstate, don't even think about clipping a knife in your pocket in NYC

Picked up these 3 this week and love them all. But the JD Smith is going in my pocket. I'm stumped as to why it's not in regular production. I'll have to get another to save for the collection.

I like it and have no doubt I'll end up with one. (after purchasing a few other knives)
It's more interesting than your standard G10, although I haven't seen what the original proto looked like.

I'm not that picky about blade steels. As long as its not a ***** to sharpen and doesn't dull quickly I'm happy.
But I'll always choose a beautiful damascus blade over everything else.

But it is a small collection compared to some of the guys around here.

I love damascus blades. Hard to tell in the pic but besides the LCC there is a damascus Chameleon, LUDT, Nemesis, HALO, UT6 and Scarab (that ones obvious)
