As posted on their Instagram, BHQ announced a new exclusive, this time a Yojumbo in M-4 and DLC, with their jade G-10 scales. No date or price yet. Should make fans of big blades happy around here.

Doing blade/scale swaps are a lot easier than properly sharpening a blade, just saying.

Nope. Never wished it to be thinner.

Same with the Lil Native, don't want it to be thinner, these knives slice cardboard, paper, plastic wraps, and other materials just fine.

There's the Sage if you want a similar sized knife with a thinner blade thickness.

I liked my RC Bladeworks micarta scales, but that beautiful mexican blanket micarta costs a lot more than a Delica itself.

The Laguiole is as traditional as Spyderco can get.

It is a nice piece, no doubt, but I have other titanium models I carry more often, especially the Slysz series. My 2 is relegated to one of my knife storage boxes these days.

There’s also a lockback lil Native available in 2 configurations, plain edge S30v and serrated S30v. One doesn’t have to worry about it coming open in a pocket. It's definitely stellar. Unfortunately, for me it fits neatly into the neither-fish-nor-fowl niche, and never gets carried.
