Ok Chad, held off on answering this one for a day, gave it plenty of thoughts, still can't think of any task I normally perform with a knife where serrations, no matter where located on the blade, would be of real value to me and think putting them in the middle would just make sharpening a nightmar...

Mine, which I got through NGK, is perfect. Blade is centered in the handle and I can hold the egde of a steel rule against either side of it without light leaks.

Allen, considering that it's a UK site, I think those prices are most likely to be in GBP. From what I've seen, they pay a fairly outrageous duty on US knives, so their prices are going to be relatively high by our standards. Not with the Calypso Jr, not yet anyway, but only because I do have a black one too. Do have two PE Natives and two BM Jesters, not as safe queens, but as instant replacement if I ever lose or damage the regular one.

Very nice job Ted. That page will come in very handy. Thank you very much for putting all that work into it. I did notice the size of the C27 Horn is off a hair, it is actually 6" OAL according to both the '98 dealer catalog and my ruler.

The only "user serviceable" possibility is gunk in the notch in the blade that the lockbar drops into. With that in mind, if you have not already done so, you might want to try washing the knife out. Hot water, detergent, turn the faucet on full blast and really "hose" it out. St...
