Re: Spyderco Reveal: Tell me more!

I like seeing things ahead of time...but I also hate "the wait".Whatever happens though it won't change the production of great products!

Re: China and tariffs

Make it where you will for the price you will. I'll probably still buy it, I may just buy less.

Re: How much are you willing to spend on a Chinese made knife?

I said $100. And it would have to be a decent steel to go with it at that price. For something 8Cr13MoV, it would be more like $50. I think china makes fine knives but the build quality and materials are going to dictate what I spend.

Re: If you could only keep one.

Paramilitary...hands down my most loved and used Spyderco. Kind of a fanboy answer, but it's just a great knife.

Re: What percent of your knife collection consists of users?

Every knife gets used. If I don't use it, I won't buy it. At this point, I have so many that this isn't exactly true anymore. My rotation stays pretty consistent, so some knives see very little use after I initially test them out. I still like to switch things up though and take stuff out I haven't ...

Re: 2019 Knife Plans

Bow river and an Autonomy are on my wish list. With the price on the Bow, I may buy a couple to keep several different places.

Tenacious was one of my first Spydercos. I knew that if I could get such a nice knife for $30, I would find amazing results for more money. Holds true several spydies later!

I tend to carry my native or my emerson opener delica the most. Love them both! Just the right size in my opinion, although I've been itching to get the paramilitary.

This is a great giveaway! Thanks! My primary cutting tasks change with the season. In the spring summer and fall my job keeps me outside a lot and I might be cutting saplings, cutting cordage, breaking down boxes of supplies, or making stakes to mark a survey unit....or I might use my knife to free ...

I have a saber Generation 1 endura, and the saber emerson opener delica4. While I can't find fault with either I generally Like a FFG blade better. I know I'll get a delica4 eventually. I'd like to put brown scales from a ffg on my emerson opener. What would be even cooler, is if I could get a waved...
