I'd rather have a Sig than a Glock. Sigs are very highly regarded. I've been seriously thinking about getting a P250 or a used 226 or 220.

The Rhino is avery neat wheel gun. I've dry fired a couple and was impressed but they are way out of my price range.

Does Dr. Snubnose have one yet?

I don't know if I count as an older member.

I own a J.D. Smith sprint run and a Native. Since I already have the two most perfect knives in the world I have not been watching the boards as much.

I was at a gun store today thinking about a carry gun. The Glock 21 does not have much recoil. It's a big gun with a flexing frame that I think is easier to shoot than the model 22 in .40. I was looking at a model 30 and really liked it. Get a wheel gun if you like but look at a full size model if y...

I just watched the season premier of Walking Dead and wqas going to mention the Endura. Except, I missed the wife carrying it. I did see an Endura clipped the same way onto the pocket of the blond actress.

I was watching one of the umpteen million anniversary shows this weekend. One program covered surviving twin siblings of the attacks. One was D'Allara's brother, Daniel.

Quality red dot sights for rifles are astonishingly durable. If the pistol sights are of the same quality I would not hesitate to use one. Battery life, too, has been greatly extended. You can leave the thing on 24 hours. Just change the battery on a regular schedule.

Your user name is Coonan and you like 1911s chambered in .357? Who'da thunk it?

Try them out if you can. Everyone has their own tastes in food, music, cars, guns, etc. Rental costs will add up when trying out several guns but it will be worth the price to get one you really like. Or, narrow the choice down to two and give them each 100 rounds. Buy the gun at the range you shoot...
