Re: Delica hap40 pakkawood or vtoku2?
another thing to think about is will you be using an aftermarket clip? with pakkawood any length clip will be fine, with FRN scales you have to make sure your clip is long enough to hit the flat part of the frn so carrying the knife clipped doesn't shred your pocket Good point. I often wear rock cl...

Delica hap40 pakkawood or vtoku2?
I do not currently own a delica but currently have these two pre-ordered from KC. Will likely only keep one. I know people love their delicas, so which one would be better for my first (and likely only)?

Re: Gayle Bradley - 5 Year review
Just got a NIB GB1 today. That video made me excited to see how mine will look in five years.

Re: Shaman vs Gayle Bradley(2)
The shaman feels amazing in my hand. I think it is going to replace the PM2 for me. Will be interested in a sprint run but fear they will cost more than I am willing to pay (I got mine at the 2017 pricing). But this thread did encourage me to order a GB1. Found a new one at a really good price. Shou...

Re: Techno vs G10 Native for EDC
Do people prefer the knifecenter g10 over the s110v blurple? I had the blurple but returned it. Thought it was too heavy for it's size and didn't like how it went in and out of my pocket. Just LW in s110v currently.

Shaman vs Gayle Bradley(2)
How does the Shaman compare to the Gayle Bradley in use? I have never used or held a Gayle Bradley and only recently received my Shaman. I have not been able to find any comparisons between the two, but would very much appreciate to hear how they stack up against each other.

Re: MAP policy change? 35%
First off, I’m not looking to stir up any commotion. I’m just trying to understand if this is correct. I’m seeing this jump across multiple sites. By my calculations (and I’m bad at math so they could be wrong) it looks like the Shaman just jumped 21% up in price. From $149.97 to $181.97. The MSRP ...

Re: Spyderco Shaman News and Gossip Thread
Follow up: I was able to get it for 150 elsewhere. Wanted to wait for a good Sprint run, but I have to assume now they will be more than I am currently willing to pay.

Re: Spyderco Shaman News and Gossip Thread
Upon further investigation, price went from 149 to 181. 5% from MAP plus MSRP increased to 280 from 250.
The price was listed as 149 but when added to cart it showed up as the 181.

Re: Spyderco Shaman News and Gossip Thread
New to the forum and 2017 is my first year purchasing spydercos. Therefore, I am not familiar with pricing from year-to-year. I was planning/hoping to wait for a sprint run to pick up a Shaman. However, if I am correct, the 2018 models are being sold for $50 more than 2017. Was there something chan...

I use Frog Lube on my guns. Not sure why it never occurred to me to try it on knives, as well.

Re: Tip up or down from the factory, why?
I just received two PM2 in the mail today. The black/black came tip down while my blurple arrived tip up. That common?
