My gripe with these knives are the edge geometry and the steel.

It just doesn't cut well at all.

I absolutely dig mine, it's an incredible slicer and I love the color.

Definitely time to order some micarta slabs for handle making; I'm thinking green linen or maybe canvas should do quite nicely.
