Yeah but couldn't. Looking for a NIB rather than used. That would have been super.

are there any new hawkbills in the works?

I want to get a Hawkbill blade, a large one for my use. A Spyderco one would be great. However, there is no indication anywhere about a larger Hawkbill being released.

Anything new due to be released?

Sorry to hear of the mishap and wish you a speedy recovery.

I must admit, the title made me think of happier tidings than what actually happened.

Sorry for your loss mate. I truly hope that they will not "destroy" them blades and perhaps you could find out where that TSA shop is. The place where they sell confiscated stuff.

I submitted at the last minute but got through on my iPhone.

I wanted to see the place marks on the map on PC but the contest is no longer shown or for that matter the map. Sad that I missed it. Wanted to see if there were any more entries from Sri Lanka, my own country.

On Thursday, I used my Tuff to cut through a one inch thick and meter long piece of board at work that was to contain a map. The knife was hefty enough to slice through that board as if it was butter. Today I found that the knife was not as sharp as I want it to be and I had to do a few rounds on th...

Yeah just depends on my mood but lately I've been on an apple/peanut butter kick. Today I cut up a bunch of old rags to make padding for my bike rack. Nothing too crazy. I'm realizing this thread may have been a little over ambitious :D I must try that. US apples have a coating of wax that protects...

Just curious. Do you have anything else for lunch Evil? Aside from an apple I mean.

I ordered a Street Bowie from CS and have been enjoying it since its arrival. Its also my first fixed blade. I do have a question. The jimping on the knife turns to plastic jimping on the handle. I assume that is because at some point the metal part of the blade ends and the plastic handle is affix...
