Re: I sinned today.
That looks incredible. I had a full size last year, but I sold it; it was too large for me to carry. I'm really wanting a Mini Crooked River now.

Re: Domino & Dice: Non-standard clip screws?
Can't you use the screws that came with your knife with the MXG clip? That's what I ended up doing on my Dice. I installed deep carry clips on my Domino and Dice last night, I just reused the Spyderco screws. The only reservation that I had was that the Spyderco screw heads are ever so slightly sma...

Dice & Domino Owners, a Quick Question
Domino & Dice Owners: I bought a Domino and a Dice for my brother. The Domino is very smooth, but the Dice, not so much. I recently got a Domino & Dice but they are silky smooth. I’m pretty sure the previous owner lubed them and flipped them a bunch and “broke them in” for me. I’m new to fli...

I've got my ZT0460 with me today. While not for everyone, I really dig it.

Re: Domino & Dice: Non-standard clip screws?
Thx guys. I'll have another look-see. I certainly don't want to bugger up the threads on the Ti side of these gorgeous knives. also keep in mind that the newer MXG clips are very similar in thickness to the stock spyderco clips, so screw length shouldn't be an issue. It seemed as if the diameter of...

Re: Domino & Dice: Non-standard clip screws?
Thanks for the help everyone. I'll have to look at getting some replacement screws in the size that SSD mentioned. It's kind of a bummer since I really want to put a deep carry clip on them.

Re: Domino & Dice: Non-standard clip screws?
Can't you use the screws that came with your knife with the MXG clip? Possibly, the heads on the Spyderco screws are a little bit smaller than those on the MXG screws. I wanted to make sure the screw head was large enough to hold the clip. the holes in the MXG clips seem a little bit larger than th...

Domino & Dice: Non-standard clip screws?
Hey all, I got a Domino and Dice in the mail and really like the knives. I wanted to put deep carry clips on them, but the screws that I got for all of my other Spydies do not fit. I've got MXG deep carry clips on Natives and PM2 & a Para 3. I used the slightly longer clips that MXG sent and the...

Got a Domino & Dice on the way!!
I have a Domino and Dice on the way. From what I've been able to read, they seem to have lots of fans. I'm looking forward to getting them and using them. I'd be interested to hear what some of you folks who own them (or owned them in the past) think of them. Likes? Dislikes? etc. Thanks for the inf...

Nope, you're not weird. All of my PM2 and Para 3 have been adjusted to NOT free swing.twinboysdad wrote:I must be the weird one, but I hate freeswinging blades. Strong detent is best detent

I don't have a shaprmaker, but it's an item I'm sure I'll purchase soon. Think I'll be able to get the S35VN shaving sharp on it?

Disappointed with Native 5 G-10 S35VN Sharpness
I got a new Native 5 G-10 S35VN the other day and am disappointed with the sharpness of the knife out of the box. I also ordered an S110V version and had to send it back. The blade was off center and loose. the S35VN version is solid and sharp, but not near the level of sharpness of the S30V Para 3'...

Re: I love s30v
Steel snobs bash S30V. Somehow our dads and grandfathers managed to survive without S30V in their knives and they managed to keep knives for decades.
I have higher end steels, but for 99% if us, if we’re being honest, S30V works just fine.

Re: When your first RIT dye job goes bad....
For those who are interested, I dyed my CPM Cruwear Para 3 today. It took roughly 15 minutes to achieve this hue using the Racing Red RIT DyeMore dye. I only used about 1 oz of the 7 oz bottle with just enough water to cover my scales, and the remainder of what I used would be sufficient for dying ...

Re: Native 5 and Paramilitary 3. Fakes?
Do the liners of the Para 3 have a small "w" type stamp on the edges? It'll be on the "finger side" (or blade travel side) of the liners.

Re: Do you ever wish you only had 1 knife?
I know that must sound crazy to most of you, but hear me out lol. I've always liked the idea of having items that I carry for many years and sort of grow with and have history with. Many of the knives I own, I have practically no relationship with. Does that make sense? I've used them all, but it's...
