I'll probably be talking with Bob sometime this week and will mention it. Looks kinda like a Gaijin Warrior, but those all had markings, so could be custom.

Mike, I have a couple questions, as I've already expressed interest in the Warrior and a custom sheath before with you. -Do you make them in CF pattern Concealex? -H-1 is a pretty soft steel, and scratches extremely easily. Do Concealex sheaths scratch the blade after repeated draws and sheathing e...

Still doing them in small batches when I can. Should have a couple and some Warriors with me at the Knob Creek Machine Gun Shoot this weekend - about a half hour south of Louisville, KY.

Here's the sheath I make for the Street Beat. Has a G-clip that can be swapped out for an optional IWB loop. G-clips can also let you carry IWB beltless, as with sweats or running shorts. by clipping it to the waistband.

If your Civilian trainer is white, it is most likely from Edge Molding Co. (no longer in existence) and used to be available from James A. Keating. He also has a training DVD on the Civilian. Very good!!

As someone who has a lot of experience using and making G-clips (about 20 years) and a little bit with the design of the Spyderco version, I've been keeping an eye on this thread and maybe should have weighed in a little earlier. Nothing wrong with Spyderco's G-clips. I'm using them a lot more than ...

It's not proper for me to discuss prices in the general Forum. PM or email me for details.

White Cloud,
Doing a couple SpyderHawks now - one is spoken for, and you can have the other if you want.

Hey HotSoup,

You can actually get the blade deployed and on target faster from a neck sheath than you can using a waved blade from the pocket. Yes that is a leaf pattern, but don't think it is available anymore, though I do have some kicked back.

Matriarch Neck Sheaths

Just finished a few of these for the new Matriarchs. Since the Matriarch is meant to be a SD blade, carrying one in a neck sheath that allows you to deploy the blade on the drawstroke makes a lot of sense. I've been carrying a Grey Matriarch this way since they originally came out. I'll be in Louisv...

Here's some quick pics of the H1 Warrior sheath inverted. Worn under a cover garment, draw to slash is very stealthy as it comes from low line. Sequence is draw to midline slash, just like BT showed me with the Stealth Warrior set-up.

If that was true, I seriously doubt that Spyderco could make an "official" pronouncement. The logical one to ask would be Guy Rafaeli.

Either or - Mitch is my protege. He got the DVD set, I routinely do hands-on critiques of his work, and we set up together at a lot of Gun & Knife shows. In fact, we'll be at the Kenny Woods Gun & Knife Show in Lexington, KY (Heritage Hall) 19-20 June 2010. Stop by and say "Hi".

Dr. Detroit, There's another member of the Warrior family called the "Stealth Warrior" that I'd love to see produced because i want one, there was only one made, and I haven't been able to talk Bob out of it yet. It is a guardless Warrior with an 8-9" blade that he's worn on the belt,...

John, I believe this was covered in another post, but you can tighten up any loose fit of the Spec-Ops sheath by removing the kydex insert and heating up the area that needs adjustment, with either a hair dryer or heat gun. A hair dryer is the safer bet though, 'cause if you are not experienced with...

Mike - That appears to be a great sheath for the Spyderco Warrior. Do you have any thoughts, or insight into the sheath that ships with the Warrior. Although I haven't handled your sheath, it sure appears to be superior to the factory sheath. John John, Thanks for the kind words!! I've responded to...
