Re: New and old EDC Military's - NEW EDC
I am also putting away my EDC 12 year old S30V Millie...replacing it with a S110V. My older one now has a great deal of blade play, and I can't seem to fix it. I tried reaching out to Spyderco a few times to send it in and have it replaced...but I don't get any help. I do have another extra S30V bla...

Re: New EDC Mille - blade swap?
Hmmm....and I don't even think Spyderco will help answer this question for me. If I call them up and ask them if I can put an S110V blade in a ti fluted Millie...I'm guessing they will simply tell me my warranty will become null and they won't help me. A bit annoyed they never got back to me about t...

Re: New EDC Mille - blade swap?
Thanks! I just want to make sure it can be done before I start taking apart knives. I just don't know it the titanium framelock uses a blade that might have some different cuts or changes on it. Maybe the blade has a different size pivot hole and might not fit? I have no idea...and before I go out a...

New EDC Mille - blade swap?
Well, I have been waiting a loooong time for the S110V Millie to drop. I finally got one and as soon as I got it, I attacked a room full of cardboard boxes and cut a lot of rope and paracord. I can't say enough, I am beyond impressed. I knew I would be judging by how well the S110V PM2 performed. So...

Re: Think i want a Military, but which one?
S110V! I have a few different Millies in super steels. I was SOOOO impressed with the S110V PM2, I couldn't wait for the drop of it's bigger brother. As soon as I got one....I knew this would be my favorite Millie of all. And it is. I was sporting the 52100 for a bit, and before that the M390. Both ...

Leather strop....
Quick question....is there a leather strop that is better than another? Not looking to sharpen a straight edge razor, does it matter what kind? I see a few on eBay. Lastly, what is the best way to use one? Thanks!

Re: S110v Millie
The S110V are regular production, which gives quantity, which makes it cheaper to produce. The 204P are special run only. Lower numbers equal greater cost. Okay, so I need my glasses before I post. It is odd but the S110V should be $174 and the 204P should be $162, if we are going by the standard 4...

Re: S110v Millie
I just put one on my S110V Millie....short black one. With the older Millies, if you tightened the screws on the clip to hard, the pivot would get tighter and mess with the blade. Not so on the newer Millies... Harry He makes them for the Military? I honestly don't remember who made the one I have ...

That price does not include shipping fees. If you add shipping fees, it is one penny less than everyone else.

Re: S110v Millie
Everyone said the same about the S110V PM2....and they are still hard to get, almost a year later. I don't think the S110V Millie is going to be available everywhere all the time at $170...yes, it's a production piece. So is the PM2... Got 2, want to get a different set of scales for one of them. Ti...

Re: S110v Millie
M390 has more silicone and CTS 204P has more tungsten, but yes....very similar indeed. I'm happy it is coming with a black clip....I wish the rest of the hardware was black as well. I always Lynch my clips to short deep black ones because 99% of the time I wear black jeans/pants. As much as I think ...
