What kind of pants do you guys wear? I wear 34x34's in shape and 36x34's the other 364 days a year and I don't have a Spyderco folder that doesn't fit a front pocket comfortably. Manix 2XL, Military, Gayle Bradley... whatever, they're all comfortable.

You guys have to remember, a lot of little mom and pop shops have a store through Amazon as well. Buying from Amazon doesn't mean you're not supporting local businesses. I order a ton from Amazon, infact it's where I do most of my buying for anything. But when buying I'm always aware of what store I...

Jumping through hoops is actually a good thing. The more complicated you make legally carrying, the more dissuaded the people who shouldn't be carried will be, which can't be a bad thing. The people who care and are responsible and mature enough to handle carrying shouldn't mind going the distance ...

Deacon, I'm a 34 year old fart and I thought the same thing. The fact that you could host normal pics totally astounded me and it wasn't something I knew until I used the app.

I tagged a bunch of pics with Spyderco and it seems to get views... there would definitely be an interest in it.

Between what Spyderco and Maxpedtition have on the market from Taiwan, I'm a huge fan of the product coming out of that country. I'd love to keep the money at home but when I can get that much value in comparison to a dollar spent, how can I? The fit and finish of a Taichung knife is top notch, ever...

I'd like to see a collaboration between Medford and Sal because I think they're they're too of the coolest knife makers to watch and listen to. Their thought processes, their demeanor and the knives they think up are all some of my favorites. Plus I think a stout folder I could actually afford may b...

Such a great knife. I keep a PM2 in both my cars B.O.B's and then as a primary blade in my pocket many days as well.

Every country of origin has a different etching style as far as I know. There is a picture thats floating around somewhere that shows them all but I can't find it. I'll try to take a pic of the 3 countries I have.

Love the Leaf Storm, what are your thoughts on it? The build on it is very nice but I'm learning that I really find small knives without a choil not as comfortable as I would like. Give me the Dodo with the Leaf Storms blade and I think I'd fall in love on the spot. So I like it more than I dislike...

Right . . . And you're not recommending a brand that you like, instead of one the OP would like? None of my choices were based on how I felt about the company. But the others are right, it doesn't have to get heated... they're just watches. After the OP didn't like Citizens and Seiko's though I hav...

I looked. Actually, no; even at that amount you don't have to deal with a brand that blatantly lies about its history. At such an amount, there are options out there. Limited, but out there. BTW, Stuhrling Original is Chinese. It's not even one of those companies that is Swiss-Made in name only. Th...

I have the cheapy Ronin one which was like 20 bucks. I like it and have been flipping it around for about 2 months. It takes a licking but I have no idea how it will translate to a real one. I think when it's time to pull that trigger I'll still put tape on the blade or dull it so I know the real kn...

(Emphasis mine). I wouldn't. Scumbag organization that literally lies to potential customers by actually making up a false history. Both for itself and its so-called accomplishments. It's not even a bit of exaggeration the way most watch brands practice it. Rolex tells everyone how their Explorer m...

It may seem unrealistic but I'm ideally looking for something in the $1-400 range. For the price range you're going to have to settle somewhere. From all of what you said my best suggestion would be Stuhrling watches. They're Quartz watches so they'll save you money there and technically have Swiss...

You've heard that about Citizen probably because they run the gamut of ok watches to really nice watches. None of them are crap though by any means. I have a few and love them. If you want a Swiss watch, whats your price range?
