I suspect the original pocket clip on the gb1 and gb2 is DLC ; they are quite durable. The new one is a standard Satin silver clip.

Yesterday I managed to split my first hair, using modest 12C27 steel (think Opinel) sharpened on the fine grit side of a Spyderco Double Stuff pocket stone. I have over 60 Spyderco's. I carry an Endura more often than any other. I have many exotic steels and elusive models yet I think I would choose my foliage green VG10 Endura or maybe the FRN SG2 Endura if I had to choose only one knife

OD Green Micarta and 3V would be fabulous!
