The Embassy is a single action automatic. The Samaritan is a dual action automatic. No, it's not OTF, dual action meaning it can be opened with the button or manually. Keep in mind as you read through the catalog and/or this list, we've released information primarily for models that are intended to...

does anyone have pictures of this "urban"? i love wharncliffes. I have yet to see a picture of the Urban with a wharnie blade. I'm hoping it's still going to happen. I know what a long-shot bet the Urban is for Spyderco -- a small, non-locking folder, with non-traditional/swappable colore...

I'm just curious if the superhawk will sell as well as the fans make it sound. Hope it does, for the Spyderco folks sake... I can't see the Superhawk doing well in the marketplace. The blade shape, blade length, blade thickness, and high retail price will not appeal to john Q knife user. That being...

I'm eagerly awaiting the Urban with a wharncliffe blade. I feel it is one of the most important models that Spyderco has ever produced. Spyderco is the one company taking steps to ensure the survival of edged tools in a world that is decidedly knife wary. The lego-ish interchangeability of the Urban...

Curious to see the UKPK in the 2008 cattledog though as I thought it was disco'd ??? Just the black G 10 version was discontinued. Nice job on the catalog guys. I was hoping to see the Urban in there with a wharnie blade, and I'm guessing that its absence means that it won't be coming out early '08...

...I was just wondering what would everyone else's bosses here say if they were this late on a deadline with any of our projects... I love spydercos...but...c'mon. I can tell you right now when I have a design deadline, and if I'm even hours late, the other person ending up footing the bill doesn't...

well I'm typing on a keyboard probably made in China or Taiwan I used to type on keyboards made in China and Taiwan too, but then I picked up an IBM Model M from the 1980's that was made in the USA and has a buckling spring in each key. The quality on the IBM is light years beyond the old keyboards...

I'm probably more hyped about the Urban than I've been for any other Spyderco knife. I just think that the ability to change blades and customize your own personal version of the Urban is a huge step forward for Spyderco. I'd love an update on the release date if anyone from Spyderco drops in on thi...

It's down for me too. I'm getting a database error, so that can't be good news. This is the first time they've been down in a while, but the last time they went down it was for several days. I hope it's nothing that serious this time around as I do like to look at all the knives for sale in the knif...
