If you run out of dealers, they show up in the BST forums and on the big auction site regularly.

Considering cost and performance, it's very hard not to recommend the S30V regular production models very highly. :spyder:

Things like that do happen. The first hundred or so original Gayle Bradley folders left the factory without the GB logo. Call Spyderco and they'll make it right according to whatever your wishes are.

Re: 2015 Forum Knife Announcement

Mine arrived today. Dodged the UK customs, as well, so it's clearly going to be a "lucky" knife! Less hefty than the N5G10, which is not neccesarily a bad thing. My first in this steel, as well. (No catalogue or leaflet, but posting superfluous paper 1/2 way round the globe would hardly b...

Sprints do not get repeated. However, if there were a change in scale material or color, it would probably not be treated as a repeat from Spyderco's perspective.

If I can kill two with one stone, my Franken-Millie with the Ti/G10 handles and the sprint M390 blade. For general knocking around I slightly prefer the stainless blade, and I love the ergos of the frame lock Military and the balance with the off-side G10 scale.

Re: Just Arrived: Spyderco Manix 2 Pilot and 52100 Mule

Great deal on both. The MT01 is one of my absolute faves. You'll like it. Remember that the holes in the tang are undersized relative to later versions, so (if it matters) you'll have to enlarge them to take standard hardware. This, I can tell you from experience, is a real b!tch. ;)

I very much doubt that (for example) chefs sit around talking about how they used their knives to tighten the screws in the hinges on the refrigerator door or to pry apart pieces of meat that had frozen together. :spyder: You wouldn't believe the trauma most cleavers have seen in a production kitch...

Re: 2015 Forum Knife Announcement

Ordered mine! Does anyone know how long the $13 shipping usually takes? I can't remember what it said, and I need it before Sunday, because I'll be gone for 2 weeks! Matt It should be UPS ground, so you should be able to use the UPS website to calculate shipping time from the Golden zip to your zip.
