I had to flare the lanyard tube with two center punches on a few of my Spydercos to get them to quiet down.

Please update this thread with your findings, interested to hear what the cause is.

I just placed an order also through Spyderco, and picked up a black pocket clip to go along with the black BBL cage. *This is my first gray g10 handled knife so I would like to know how easily does it gets dirty and how is it to...

I've only seen that type of finish when taking micrographs of steel samples and we polished to .25 micron with a diamond paste. They definitely put some time and thought into manufacturin...

My Rockstead sees daily use and I love it. Got it in a trade, however. Out of the Hizen, Higo X and the Chi, the Chi is my favorite.

That's a very cool idea, are you going to have a torch handy? :D
Had to give in! Think they came out ok, they're intended for the grill but would probably work for cattle too.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys! I was planning on Dflys until I received a knife two weeks ago. Most of the guys in that wedding are also in mine so my idea got hosed. However, I took some drawings to the water jet shop at lunch, they should have parts to me by Friday so I can put them together...

Groomsmen gift ideas

Time has come to get some groomsmen's gifts and I'm tired of seeing the same recommendations for a personalized money clip/cuff links/etc. To make matters worse, just went to one of my groomsmans weddings where he got everyone Kershaws.

Anyone have any unique ideas or favorite gifts you've received?
