Wilson tactical makes some great lanyards, and sell those glow in the dark beads, too. http://www.wilsontactical.com/ (I think their site is down for maint.) This arrived from them today. ...

My EDC's. Don't know about holy grail, but for me they are. not the easiest items to replace. Those are just smudges on the C46GP, condition after 7 years of EDC is 98% like-new.

Pics: CF Military w/ LUM Tanto & Co.

Bought the CF Mil to replace my LUM as my EDC. I've wanted one for some time now. Growing concern that something was going to happen to my LUM had me pull the trigger. Im a wilson combat fan, so I thought it would be fun to try a lanyard for a change. Lanyard is still in route. Switching between the...

Nice 1911. I agree with you on the grips, though. Some carbon fiber might look super nice with that finish, for the stealth look?

Bump.. Spirit run of the LUM folding tanto would be great. CF handle. Non-coated preferably. This is fine, too- :D http://www.youwantit2.com/SPYLUMBLUE.jpg I've been EDC'ing mine for about 5 years now. I just bought a CF millie to replace as my EDC because I couldn't bare anything happening to my LU...

where is my best bet of finding one in BG-42? If you could briefly explain to me why that is preferred over S30V, I would greatly appreciate it.

How bout an Endura? I loved mine before I lost it. Used it everyday and wore it out several times. It resharpens great too. Don't know about carbon fiber handles though... you might have to customize anything for that... Looking for something in the line with more substance. I've had many endura's.

Help me replace my beloved EDC

I love this knife and baby it too much for it to be my EDC anymore. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y227/Blueboost/DSCF0051.jpg Something similar would be nice. I emailed bob lum today to see what he has. Although I suspect Spyderco common stock is more in my price range. Is there anything solid an...

That's pretty much what I thought, and given Sal's aversion to using non-stainless steels, just further reduces the odds of such a knife being considered for a Sprint Run. So, as I mentioned before, having Bob Lum make him a custom one seems the most reasonable way for Blueboost to get what he want...

C46GP, Lum folding tanto. Possibly one of the greatest knives ever made, Sal.

Edit: I like the look of dry (peel) carbon fiber, more than the glossy coated version.
