My Rex45 PM2 definitely had the packet. None of my Spyderco "carbon" knives have been missing them till now, even Cruwear has had them in the past.

Mine did not either, and I had briefly wondered if possibly it was a returned pre-order example. There were no prints on the knife to speak of, and I couldn't find a thing wrong with it, so I don't really care one way or the other. The answer is 0.183" Pancake. I did a scale swap today, and was able to get a good measurement on it.

My guess is, that it was engraved incorrectly, by a BHQ Staffer, and never left the building. :D
