I'm wondering if it will be a US-made model since 50 years is the golden anniversary.

Though the Worker would indeed be a good choice and would be a chance to introduce the model to folks (like myself) who have never experienced it firsthand.

Spyderco's 50th founding anniversary is only two years away, in 2026.

I'm fairly sure management has already decided on what model they will use, but what would your guess be? And what special details could said knife contain like high-end handle scales and such?

I already have the Magnacut Native 5 and Manix 2 lightweights, which are my preferred platforms, so I'll pass on this one.

I like the all-black G10 handle on the Magnacut PM2 though, and I wish the Caribbean originally came with this option.

Great catch. I was actually eyeing this one for many years now but never managed to get onto buying it. Great price too...last time I checked he was selling it for about $140 exchanged. Yup. For the price of a Para 3 lightweight, it was a great deal that I immediately jumped on. If Spyderco ever do...

The Salt 2 wharnie is also my favorite variant with Delica DNA. It's a handy and capable knife for use around the yard. It's easy to clean and easy to sharpen after use.

Spydiechef helped with some chores in the yard.

The combo edge Endura was my first Spyderco.

I have a handful of Cold Steel knives. My favorite is the FinnWolf because I find its lock the easiest to operate. I'm an older dude with reduced hand strength, and I need two hands to use the lock on my American Lawman and Ultimate Hunter. Oddly, I find the lock on the Code 4 easier to use as well....
