I can sometimes get on board for a very high hollow grind, but a saber grind with a hollow just doesn’t do anything for me whatsoever. I just don’t like the performance.

Inlays are difficult! Not to mention a slab of G-carta to use for the inlay can cost $40+ alone. It’s $80 for Micarta scales without an inlay through him.
