Any chance of a Chinook Sprint Run?

When they were in production I was into the smaller Spydies and thought the Chinook would be to big for my tastes. Since then I have progressed to the larger knives like the Endura, Police, Ulize, and the brown G-10 Calypso. I now feel like the Chinook would be right down alley and was wondering if ...

The G-10 Spyderco Rookie (3" blade) is one of the thinnest folders I own. Unfortunately, it's currently out of production but you can sometimes find them on ebay. here's a link to a thread with great pics of the Rookie from all angles. http://www.spyderco.com/forums/showthread.php?34689-Rookie-...

Great first knife! The Dragonfly was my first Spydie purchase back in the 90's, and the rest is history - I've lost count of how many Spyderco knives I know own. :D

Spyderco Golden Stone 308F

Anyone currently using this stone that can give a review? With the leather carry case it seems like it would be a great (portable) choice for blade sharpening in the field. Thanks.

What started my addiction was the FRN Dragonfly, by default. I wanted the Pro-Grip but they were out so I got the Dragonfly. Great little knife that hooked me - the only drawback was the molded clip that didn't hold very well so I eventually lost it. Not a real problem since it's been replaced by 3 ...

Personally, I like a well-made Damascus pattern. Damascus is also available in stainless steels, so rust isn't necessarily an intrinsic trait. I think that when used properly, it can enhance the aesthetics of a knife. On the flip side, Damascus can also make a knife look too busy and even cheap. So...

Just got my Memory in the mail today - it's an extremely nice, very classy looking knife. (will make a great dress knife) My only small issue with the knife is that it would have looked even better with a blued titanium clip to match the frame.

I thought the Endura was too big for EDC, until I bought one - now I think my old EDC's (delica, caly-3, dragonfly) are too small EDC. :D

Maybe it's just me but I find the pinned models seem to have a little bit better fit & finish than those with the torque screws. I also like the fact that thinner scales can be used on the pinned models.

I used to be a little leery of using a spydie in a restaurant at first but after doing it for 15 years I don't even think twice about it anymore. I make sure I carry one of my "nicer" knives when I go to an upscale steakhouse.

When I buy a new knife I want it to be centered properly. However, since I can't actually handle the knives I buy on the net I live with the uncentered blade as long as it isn't rubbing when I close it.
