I go with two or three of the mid range Spydies. Mainly because I see no loss in quality and I have different blades for different applications.

I have bought three or four Spydies from Amazon and got all legit ones. Sounds to me like you should be up Amazon's a** about this.

I usually tak about 3.5 to 4 inches in my EDC. Long enough for most chores and short enough to keep the ignorant people from flipping out.

I've been carrying fixed blades quite a bit lately, but when I carry folders, I most definitely prefer clipped to pocket over everything else.
