One of the things turning me off from the current preorders for the CF Native 5 is the S110V steel - I will already have a knife in that particular supersteel if I buy the forum knife, so I don't really need another. CarbonFiberNut is preferring G10 Native over the CF Native? What's going on here? ...

I have the CF N5 on preorder, I'm so stoked for it. My dealer stopped taking orders, maybe I should have ordered two especially after reading your report. I guess you're talking about the cf native with s110v which is a different knife than the native phillipsted is talking about. Did Eric say if t...

What's the target group of high dollar taiwanese made spydercos?

IMHO I don't believe the price is correct. Knifecenter has done some wrong pricing in the past. But if it is... ouch.

Those pics at cs are always generic so it really doesn't matter if there is one or not.

It may be irrelevant for those proficient at working with small fasteners and those intelligent enough not to tinker with a knife that has an obvious warranty issue, but it doesn't hurt to mention it. Exactly. When a knife has these obvious warranty issues then I wouldn't mess with taking it apart ...

Why people keep telling this??? It's absolutely NOT true and in many cases irrelevant, too.

I prefer plain edges, don't like combo at all but wouldn't mind a para 2 with full spyderedge.

That's not possible. Moonglow is too brittle and as far as i know it's only available in sheets.

Just my opinion but I would not be pleased with that kind of craftsmanship. I have a Delica that cost a fraction of your Millie and a Para 2 and both have perfect jimping. Exactly. That's not what i expect from a Spyderco. It's what i would expect from a china copy to look like. I f i showed somebo...
