Re: Oppenheimer - My Opinion

Yep, one of the few movies in a good while I was interested in seeing, it was disappointing.

One that didn't surprise me....the serrated K390 LeafJumper, I knew it was going to be fantastic before I ever held or used it!

"The Native 5 was a knife I wanted to surprise me with it beefy size in a small package. Hey, maybe something that could be strong big brother to the Delica."

You need to give the Lil' Temperance a try!

Rush, Exit….Stage Left.
Right on! That was the first Rush album I listened to. Was hooked ever since. Still my favorite recording of theirs. 😎
Lifelong Rush fan here, been on a 2112 run for the last month or so.

Re: EDC recommendation: Native 5 LW – S30V or SPY27?

Get your new knife & Sharpmaker, watch Sal’s video….several times and it’ll all click, you’ll figure it out. With SPY27 you’ll be perfectly fine with the fine and medium rods that comes with the kit. I’m not a sharpening guru, I sharpen everything on the Sharpmaker, serrated, carbon tool steels,...

Thank you for all the great feedback! I just placed an order for a Native 5 with SPY27 and a Shapemaker.

Not a bad choice.

Hope you´ll report back how you like them.
Ha, can't wait to hear which knife he's planning on next, cause you know it's gonna happen! ;)

Re: EDC recommendation: Native 5 LW – S30V or SPY27?

Hey Benben, Check out Shadow Systems. A US company founded in 2016 making firearms in the US going after the Glock Market. I've got their CR920. Sorry for the off topic. sal Thanks Sal, I have a buddy who has a MR920 that I've shot many times, it's a great pistol, and quite the value when compared ...

Re: EDC recommendation: Native 5 LW – S30V or SPY27?

Welcome aboard, feel like this is carried over from Glocktalk? Lots of super nice, very knowledgeable guys here! Man you’re getting ready to jump down a rabbit hole there’s no coming back from! If this is the guy from Glocktalk, I still stand by my recommendation, a VG-10 LeafJumper and a Sharpmaker...

Sacha has made a lot of PPT custom as well as other custom models. It's not a one-off but it's unlikely you'll see a lot of these...especially in the US.

Re: No idea why I bought this today?

Ive kinda been in the marlet for a Swick. I need to pull the trigger. It’s never been on my radar, in fact Ive never given one a second thought. I honestly haven’t been able to sit it down since I bought it yesterday, it’s a pretty genius design. You’d have to be completely knocked out, unconscious...

No idea why I bought this today?

Other than the fact I couldn’t sit it back down! Grabbed it at a gun show in Hickory, NC today. Handed it back to the vendor several times, walked around for probably 20 minutes, headed straight back to her and bought it. Think this’ll be an easily accessible stay in car / console blade…I think? Pul...

Re: I'm Going All In: Spyder Edge and K390

I got two K390 knives for Christmas (see the Ho Ho Ho thread). One is a serrated K390 LeafJumper my daughter got me, I already have a plain edge K390 Endela and a serrated VG-10 RockJumper so I had no doubt the LeafJumper in this configuration would be a fantastic knife without ever touching one bef...
