Lance, I like your first one. The texture in the chain came out really great and the out of focus background makes it really pop.

I'm anxious to get mine. Curious to see how that lock works. I preordered it a while back so it shouldn't be too much longer.

I've been carrying a Manix 2 in one form or another for about 5 years now and after taking one apart I have no reason to believe it would break even during hard use. Not abused, but hard use. It's a very solid design.

I think bearfaced is right. I beleive it is the third run.

Mine was delivered today. 212 It's a nice little blade. I love the near zero grind. The micro bevel is so small you really can't notice it unless you look for it and the liners and back spacer blend in so well it looks like a single piece of steel. Very nice blade. It does have a fairly thin edge so I wouldn't use it on anything too crazy but it was designed as a bird and fish knife so I'm sure you'll be happy with it for that. I use mine mostly in the kitchen and am very happy with it.

Definitely get it if you're thinking about it. I absolutly love mine. The color is great and the steel is awsome too. I carried it for a year straight and it's a great blade.

I've really been enjoying the KC cruwear Manix. It's just a solid feeling knife with top notch fit and finish. The carbon fiber looks really cool too. A unique knife for sure.
