Lookin forward to the Co-Pilot

a lot. And I love Almite - more than SS -- for a scale material I, too, wish for a full serrated option as I love that little knife in the serrated version.

Hey guys I love the turtooooos as blade holders - esp the BOX. We used to see box turtles around CT all the time. Last one I found had 1957 engraved in its shell.....that was about 10 years ago and I no longer live in that community. The L'il Temp, the Lum Chinese and the Terzuloa C15 are my faves o...

Been there .... done that

Guys For the record --- One of my Pacific Salts ended up under the kayak seat for about three weeks. There it luxuroiusly bathed in saltwater, seaweeds, sand and sunblock of every kind. At the end of this "test" ( and yes the knife was submerged for over 14 days) the H1 blade didn't have a...

I'd second Mr Blonde's recommendation that you start off with a smaller classic like the Delica, get one of the newer versions - the Delica 4. Your preferences for a plastic/nylon or stainless handle can be honored and the clip can be moved to accomodate right/left hand opening and tip up/ tip down ...

Yeah great thread Spydo. There are just a few I could not part with---

1. Blue Lum gift from GROSS POLLUTER on this forum
2. Flat Iron Folder
3. Goddard Jr. - a bit faded from exposure to salt water, but I cut my boots off one day with it and it saved my life
4. Walker C22 CF

Geez that's a beauty. I think I need a new one. Love the blade geometry. My old one has topside enamel all crusted into the Kraton. Right now it hangs in the garage and dispatches all cardboard boxes for recycling. It lost a couple of "teeth" sawing through an aluminum downspout...

You know I had started noticing that on the PE Pacific Salt - how the more I sharpened it and used it the longer it held its edge - and I thought I was starting to sort of lose my mind :o I'm a BIG fan of H1 and would love to see a lot more Spydies reissued with this steel....would have LOVED to see...

How come ?

How come none of the BLACK FRN Pacific Salts are etched with "Pacific Salt" on the blade, like the yellow FRN models are? Wondering if I'm missing something....and, are there any plans to make some new ones (black FRN)which are etched? Would appreciate any responses. Thanks :)

Wouter I'd like the larger blade....it's what I love bout the Pacific and Atlantic Salts - blades that are OUT there. Sheeple friendly? Maybe not, but a useful working tool-- I'd love to see Spyderco put some "fire" in that weak orange FRN they used for the Rescue-add some red to the orang...
