... though people usually edit out the price information when the knife has been sold. That is actually a pet peeve of mine. Why they remove the price it was sold? I know it is because they took/accepted a lower offer via email/PM, but it would be much more helpful to the community in general if th...

The worst part of all of these fakes isthat there are people that actually believe that they are real and then Spyderco gets a bad reputation because the knives are POS. Yup. It is not the monetary loss from Spyderco loosing that sale to a Chinese knock-off (if that person is not willing to pay for...

No, what I meant was that I carry my right-handed CF M390 Millie in either my left front pocket or left rear pocket, and I can get to it and operate it perfectly with my left hand, just as the video showed.

wquiles you are right, lefty can open the right handed millie (good video). But the clip will still be on the wrong side. Yes, my knife is after all the right-hand model, but within a very short time I also got used to getting the knife in/out of my left front/back pocket with my left hand with the...

Here is a short video of how I open/close a "right-handed" (standard model) Spyderco Military with my left hand:

What locking mechanism is the CF m390 Millie? I've found right handed frame locks to be acceptably ambidextrous but liner locks not at all. The CF M390 is also a liner lock. But what is unique in the Millie is the huge opening in the left scale (opposite to the clip) since it was designed to be abl...

I have both, and they are very different. My Large Left Sebie I ordered as a custom order directly from CR: http://m3coupe.com/knives/DSCF2180.JPG And here is my EDC, the CF M390 Millie: http://m3coupe.com/knives/Spyderco/Military/DSCF8337.JPG I absolutely love my custom Sebie, it also feels heavier...

Following the advice of several in here, I tried the CF M390 "regular" Millie and learned/got used to using it with my left hand. In fact the same general grip works as well for the PM2, so I ended up not needing a "lefty" version after all.

Here in TX, except for when I go to work in the office, I always have this military with me: http://m3coupe.com/knives/Spyderco/Military/DSCF8337.JPG In the office, I most often have this "smaller" one instead, as it looks more "civilized" for office folks: http://m3coupe.com/kni...

The edge looks like it was never used - M390 is good stuff for sure :)

I cleaned the knife when I got home earlier today, and tonight we had dinner at a local German Brewery, and got to use the Military again:

Always carry a knife ......

At the Cub Scouts event today, Arbor day. Kids are helping plant new trees at a local park, and the grounds crew was trying to use a portable/battery saw to cut the tough plastic. Problem was that it was like 45F - no go. One of the parents got his pocket knife and cut one of the bases, so I moved t...

Here in Texas as well. And I do the "same" - my main EDC is the CF M390 millie, but I carry a ZDP-189 DragonFly 2 as my "small" and less intimidating knife ;)

If not worried about using my knife I might carry a CTS-20CP PM2 as my "small" blade :)
