My wife was walking the dog and dropped the C2 centurion breaking the
bulb. I got a Cree R5 drop in replacement head and what a difference the LED makes. Super bright light. Is there a Cree replacement head for my Surefire Lumamax L4? It pales in comparison
to the Centurian with the Cree mod.

Larger Shimppe Balance
I would love to see the Balance made to Dragonfly measurements in SS, natural or orange G10 along with the Reeve lock. I think that it would would be a great EDC and a good seller. Think of the Poliwog. Sorry that I mis-spelled Ed's name.

Can't help you with the steel. Someone will know. I used to dis FRN as cheap etc. until I (hard) used a Calypso Jr. for several years and couldn't wear either the scales or VG10 blade out. I now like FRN scaled knives for EDC for the light weight and durability. I just took a NIB C52SBK out of the b...

My favorites at the moment are the Phoenix and the SS Poliwog. Sorry but for some reason I can't get pictures to post.

I have a gunsafe that holds a lot of Spydercos. Many collectable and many not so collectable. I just like Spydercos. You can't EDC them all. I have 3 hard use knives at the moment that I am gifting out so that I can start over again. I collect, buy sell and trade and mostly wanted thoughts on these ...

S100
Tony: No I haven't tried the S100 wax yet but use S100 pre wash to clean the bike. I am old school and still use NuFinish and a couple of other waxes on the bike, car and truck. I have been biking since 1956 and just sold my 2003 Moto Guzzi LeMans to a guy from Dallas. I just didn't ride it enough. ...

Collectabiliy value vs: EDC
What are your thoughts on the Gayle Bradley Air and the Centofante Memory? To me they are great collector knives but kind of pricy for an EDC or even a church knife. There is always a buyer for whatever Spyderco puts out.

Started detailing my 2007 Electra Glide Classic
Got caught in a rainstorm at the end of the riding season last year. Due to weather the bike has sat in the garage all Winter. Washed it yesterday and waxed the bags, side panels and Tourpack today as well as treating the seat. Serious detailing starts tomorrow. Have 12K miles on the bike and it is ...

I second the Junior for food prep
As I mentioned before I do the cooking as the wife works. The Junior with that big wide flat ground blade
(plus being razor sharp) does the
job for me. The Maddox backs it up.

Seki City etched blades
Is the Junior (C150GP) the first to have "Seki City" and "VG10" etched instead of stamped onto the blade? All the other Seki City knives in my collection have this info stamped. Of course I only have 30 or so Spydercos and only a few of the newer ones. Just wondering if this is a...
