I found the D'allara 3's ergonomics quite comfy. On a lot of spyderco models, there's something about the ergos that don't suit me (pocket clip and finger grooves on the Delica, boxy corners on PM2, etc), but the D'allara was solid. I didn't like how difficult it was to actuate the lock, though.

It will never be relevant to me until they get rid of those finger grooves. Any knife with finger grooves seems to be designed specifically to not fit my hand.

For the larger audience, the Delica seems to be satisfactory in performance, ergonomics, and price.

My Shaman was the same way. When I disassembled it, I found that the detent ball hole had a lot of grit - I believe what was happening was that the detent ball would pick up grit and worsen the action.

After I cleaned out the detent ball, my Shaman stayed smooth.

An LC200N run of Morans would be neat - I think there could be more LC200N fixed blades in general.
