CBBL/Pin and SPring are superior to compression, frame, liner by a wide margin. The frame will fail on a CBBL/Axis before the lock does
That's debatable regardless of what you've seen on YouTube.

Big Willie...check out this thread. This could be what you're looking for, for a very low price too.

Re: Can We Please Have a PM2 with CBBL or a Pin and Springs Lock?

I could be wrong but I thought Sal said a while back that they weren't really interested in making a knife with the axis lock. I have a few BMs with axis locks. They're ok but don't feel like I need a Spydie with one.

I was wondering why they were both waving the green flag at the start of the Indy 500. This esplains it! :)

Re: Chaparral FRN Lightweight - Unobtainium?

The version I could not resist would be a Micarta-Chap... Yep, I would love a non-polished slightly roughed up texture matte olive drab green canvas Micarta Chaparral paired with something like a DLC coated CPM-4V (which should already be over there for the Province) blade. I really don't like poli...

Re: Would anyone else have interest in a Spyderco fillet knife?

Our Spyderco fillet knife gets used in the kitchen fairly regularly. Since they were discontinued I would assume they weren't very good sellers.

Re: Maxamet Paramilitary 2...return of the king!

Yep, 250... Sadly I doubt more than a few were ever used hard. I've used the absolute **** out of my native 5 and love it to death. I was fortunate enough to have a forum member pick up a Native 5 for me at the seconds sale this year. I have to say that I've been really impressed with it. Got if fo...

Re: Clip hole pattern question

I don't have a McBee anymore or baby Jess horn. Thinking about getting a baby Jess Horn again and I have a mxg gear for deep carry clip that fit my McBee, was hoping to use this clip again on a future knife Ah ok. Well then do you have a set of dial calipers? I'll take some measurements of the hole...

Why would someone go through all the trouble of getting one of these and then cancel? I don't get it.
They may not have actually cancelled. Could be their credit cards were declined.

Re: DLC 20CV PM2?

I had a feeling there'd be some cancellations and more would come up for sale. I had the site open for a while. I kept going back and hitting refresh to see if the buy button would activate. I'm not interested in this one but I was hoping I might be able to help out one of our members. I ended up ge...

Re: Clip hole pattern question

They sure do look similar. If they're the same pattern it looks like the screws might be a little bigger on the McBee. So the shank might be bigger too. You have a McBee right? When get a few minutes I can take the clip off my Baby Horn and try to get some dimensions for you to compare with. An alte...

Re: M390 Delica Blue FRN Bento Box Shop Exclusive

I think I'm out on this one too. I have plenty of Delicas, have the dark blue Lil' Matriarch (it is a nice blue), and I have M390 (+20CV & 204P). If it was $108 shipped I'd probably be in.

Re: So this happened....

I'm working on a rod/stone holder for my Hapstone V7 that will hold triangle stones. If all goes as planned you should be able to use either the flat side or the pointed side. I imagine it would be useful for reprofiling serrations and fixing damage like that. I'm honestly not sure since I haven't p...

Someone confirmed after the Para 3 LW was released that blade swaps with the G10 versions won't work.

I'm 99% sure Sal already said that Eric was working on it. Thanks! Didn't know that, but really, it doesn't surprise me at all. I'm pretty sure it's linked somewhere in the casual bombshell thread. Probably several pages back by now though. I also remember it being mentioned after the Amsterdam mee...
