I think the native 5 model not being the most popular is the main reason. And while Cru-Wear is great stuff, there are many steels that are in a similar performance range like 3v, 4v, m4, rex45 so that not everyone needs another knife. I prefer the smooth G10. Never felt i needed more grip on a knife. And it is so much easier on the pocket and to keep clean!

Looking very nice. And the natural canvas micarta is probably easy to RIT dye for whatever color you like.

All ~5% vanadium steels with lots of tungsten and different levels of Mo and Co. Not too extreme on the vanadium, but a nice blend that could make them great steels for knives. I am very interested in this steel. I mentioned it before too. I'd love any T15 type steel like S390 but also great would be S290, Vanadis 60 or HAP72.
