welcome to the forums! to find out the angle of your edge you should draw on it with permanent marker, and then sharpen it with the sharpmaker and when the marker starts to come off, it will show u the angle of the edge

i like the ffg models, makes cutting cardboard easier

Absolutely! A wave like the P'kal has, so the blade shape is unchanged. I've been interested in the wave for a while, so I'm modding my Delica to have a wave. the Super Leaf looks really tempting

the factory bevel is not a set degree. All the factory knives are sharpened freehand by the employees. Best to use the sharpie trick, or re-profile the blade
