I also love the blade shape of those knives. I would love if they made a bigger version of the Jester. Like you said, possibly a 3" blade, like the Delica.

I was a bit jealous comparing it to my regular black Para 2. The black blade it awesome.

Delica, Tasman, or Ladybug Hawkbill Salt SE would be good choices.
