Yes!
This combo edge configuration is so much more practical in my opinion. Love it David!
I really hope Spyderco gives it a try.

Re: Anyone ever gotten a magnetized knife before?
Pretty much every knife steel has the potential to become magnetized (including H-1). All it takes is contact with a magnet. I'd guess that's what happened with your Endura. It's nothing to worry about. I use a guided sharpening system that fixes the knife in place via magnetism, so all my knives ar...

From Russia With Love by Ian Flemming. This is my first introduction to James Bond - never read any of the books or seen any of the movies. I picked up this book cheap at a used book sale.

Re: SRS-15 / SRS-13 ?
SRS-13 is nearly identical to SRS-15 (just a tad less carbon.) According to the zknives app, SRS-15's typical hardness is around 63-64 HRC. I wonder if -13 could achieve that hardness?

Re: SRS-15 / SRS-13 ?
This looks like an interesting steel. I would definitely be interested in a Mule but would prefer an Endura for the same reasons as stated by the Mastiff and Albatross.

Re: Byrd Hawkbill
Just gotta say that as a result of all the positive hype (which I know to be true) I have one inbound at this time with an ETA of March 9. It is being escorted by a Native FRN Maxamet, and a Salt 2 FRN Wharncliffe. I plan on unboxing the Byrd first, that's how much I am looking forward to getting t...
