I was just talking to a friend the other day and he asked me that question and figured asking here would give a good indication although not a definative answer. We basically decided anything with FRN handles, the value range and a PM2 would be ...

Re: Which spyderco is in the mail?
Looking forward to an Endura with ZDP-189 arriving. I originally ordered a knife from another company but they wont let US dealers ship them to other countries. I dont mind that too much. Its just one more reason to add to the list of why i like spydercos, best knives and best serivce.

Re: Must have knives to round out a collection
Some great ideas thank you everyone and as im sure my fellow knife nuts know id love them all. Some are quite expensive and since our dollar sucks at the moment (not looking like its going to get any better in the near future either) they are even more expensive and obviously some are hard to get. I...

Re: Most difficult countries to get Spyderco knives?
I live in New Zealand, its not hard to get spyderco goodness into nz but there is a very sad lack of shops that stock them. They are very expensive to buy as well. Thank god for the internet :)

Good quality useful and quite collectible, especially older and alox models . I have a few different ones but nearly always have a pioneer with me.

Re: Must have knives to round out a collection
Thanks everyone, some great ideas there, some i already have and others i'll be sure to get. Some are a bit expensive but are on my to get sometime when funds are more available list.
I'm focusing mostly on spydercos and to a lesser extent SAK's for my collection but also want to include classics.

Re: Looking for a knife for work...
Ive worked in kitchens with chefs from all over the world. Ive cut and seen them cut meat, bone in and bone out, vegetables and fruit and find it hard to go past wusthof. At home I have wusthof, shun, mundial and victorinox but nearly always reach for a wusthof.

Must have knives to round out a collection
Im looking for knives that have some sort of historical or popular significance that no well rounded collection should be without. Knives like the Buck 110 or some kind of SAK, maybe a spartan or solider for example. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
