I ordered mine on the 29th. and also placed an order on the 31st for a fellow member. I got the email the other day and got the chance to call yesterday. I asked the lady about the second order. She found both, I paid for both and they shipped out today!!! On top of that; the first order I did not k...

you guys will not see the compression lock this yr and most likely not next year either. As much as we would love to see it, Sal has already said there are other locks that will be first

I just got the email, but I have to call to give them cc info. Kind of weird since I provided it when I ordered. I think they are closed now, so will call in the morning. Can't believe its here already!

I would just keep using it or get it back to how you want it and make it a safequeen. I have noticed vg-10 scratches very easy. My VG-10 delica blade has been used for mimimal use and its scratched like yours. Its really up to you on what you want to do, but you have some good recommendations listed...

Where did all the confusion come from, its going to be a dark green native V as was voted. with S110V :) Did someone from Spyderco confirm that? Not disagreeing, just curious...I could easily have missed that somewhere in the 288 prior posts in this thread. :) I believe he is just saying cause that...

I think they have all been mentioned, nothing new to add except the ones listed are all great choices.

Is your budget firm or are you willing to go up a notch?

If you want a fairly good sized knife, I say:

PM2
Manix 2
Caly 3/3.5

i think it would be cool. I would 100% buy one, but they would have to change the name...something like "mini military" then again, like someone said above, sage 5 - g10 and compression lock.... that sounds soooooo amazing, i cant see how a compression sage isnt in Spyderco's R&D ... ...

My first sage 4 came with a blemish on one of the bolsters and last night I was messing around with my second sage 4 and accidentally scratches on of the bolsters. Luckily decided to try the steel wool and scratches came right out. Titanium looks like new. I will probably use my new one at work. Tim...

+1 to everything said. I love both my orange and blue jigged bone delicas, but the endura is not my cup o tea. Also its clipless like the delicas, definitely do not want to pocket carry an endura.

Congrats to all that bought one though.

I think the scales look pretty cool, almost like diamond plate IMO. Has a glossy finish. I am not so sure I like the shape or overall size of the blade. It is bigger than I thought it was going to be. I am also not a huge fan of glossy scales, but they do have a cool pattern. Like others have mentio...

I got mine from knifeoutlet, but I think I might have gotten one of the last ones. I have not seen them on the site anymore since. Cheapest price you'll probably will find atm is $135 EDIT: I did find a link to KO, but price is now $120 plus shipping I think I really like brown; especially since my ...

It is well worth the $111.90 shipped that I paid. About the same as my plane jane. I have not used it yet, but my native 5 has s35vn as well. With the type of work environment I put my knives into; It doesn't matter the steel, they need to be sharpened very often. Basically for my daily use, I'd be ...

I havent done it, but have thought about it. It should theoretically end up like the buffed CF on the Caly 3. I thought the same, use wet sand paper or even a medium grit paper

Its worth the price if you willing to pay, you can only be the real judge if its worth it or not. I have the CF Balance, paid $95 or so for it. Its a cool little knife and has its place, but it remains in the drawer with the rest of my tiny knives. I have not used any of my tiny knives, but I rotate...

I will disagree with the comment about the manix2 leaving it easier to access the pocket over the PM2 thou...

I can tell you the next one will not be a compression lock. Sal has already mentioned that they have 3 different locks in mind. I would have to go back and check to see what they were. Some are locks that I never knew existed, but thats not saying much as I am still a newb. We will just have to wait...

Just wanted to add my PM2 Family. Put Millie in for comparison. I think the Brown para is a shade darker/richer than the Millie. Also my Brown PM2 came as perfect as can be, none of the reported issues. Blade is centered, smooth, no scratches, grind is great, and does not appear to have any rounding...

Its already been said....There are others as well but if you are looking for pre-orders or want your knife a few weeks earlier than anyone else; Howes is the place to go. the pic does not show it well, but the GB handle is just a touch shorter than the PM2, but has more useable room for the hand since it does not have the curve to hold your pinky. I think they are all great. The Millie would definitely be better when the new version arrives. I think it will be simila...
