I was using my Calypso in my physics lab for about an hour today. We had a little conversation about legalities and stuff but no one freaked out at all. It was quite pleasant. :-)

The delica would be one of my optimum picks for campus (I carry a calypso) My friend carries his native at school. I'd be inclined to say anything bigger or meaner than a native is off limits for campus carry though. My excuse - I'm taking an Art class. I <have> to sharpen my pencils with a knife. ;...

I don't pretend to know what the widespread problems will be. But I sure as **** wouldn't take a knife within a 10 mile radius of the airports this month.

Did anyone else take a look at your collection of knives on the dresser this morning and option for something a little larger (or smaller!)?? Personally I grabbed my SSPolice laying next to my normal carry, a Calypso, this morning... It seems like shutting the stable door after the horse has escaped...

Most people don't get to play with my knives, but when they're really interested I just warn "Be careful - It's crazy sharp." Which generally makes them more interested for 5 seconds. They seen enough return it.

Sounds like your looking for a needle in the dishwasher. It might be there, but probably not. You might start with his name? You might also include information about the knife itself. I don't have a police without a dent. But I do have a calypso. I <do> have a police with a dent. I <much> prefer the dent. I think it's unbelievably finger-friendly and much much easier to find the notch and close. My $0.02. In any case - good luck and congats on the knife when you get it. Dav
