Nice picture. Reminds me of something out of the evolution chapter in a middle school science book, like the fish thing that crawled out the ocean that eventually evolved into mankind haha.

My beloved endura 4 ffg has a tiny bit of up play. I can only feel it when I am cutting with end of the blade, or if I grab it tight and pull up on the blade. The whole lock moves when it happens, and I don't really consider it "vertical play" because it doesn't wiggle up and down like its...

I think aluminum scales might be cool, or put some design/color variations to the stainless models. But I think it is great as is.

Ok, I'll see your cts-XHP Native and raise, uh....what's that?...oh, wrong thread....sorry, sorry :o My favorite pinned model is the Caly Jr. This one gets a lot of "waistband time" as the pocketclip testifies to... :) Pin = Thin = Win!!! :D See if you can spot the 2 different "Nativ...

And there is a shop nearby that stocks them, but only the satin finish black g-10 version at a pretty good markup. That's what got me, I went in for my endura, held a PM 2 for the first time and instantly saw what all the fuss is about. Now I have to have one.

Thanks guys for the informative responses. I tend to think that because its such a popular knife with most fans owning several that issues are bound to pop up, if for no other reason than the number of pm's out there. It wont stop me from getting one, just wanted to check with you guys and see what ...

Para 2 question..

Ok so like the rest of the knife world I am looking at getting a para 2 when I can find one. Lately I have seen quite a few posts about blade play being a common thing among them. I cant stand blade wobble and find it hard to believe that such a well made and wildly popular knife would have this pro...

I used to have the same sentiment, until I got my Native as well. That thing locks up tighter than almost any other knife I have, no play whatsoever after carrying every day at work for the past 8 or so months. Now I have no problem buying a pinned spyderco if I really want the knife. I would still ...

Wow thanks guys! Lmao at all of the responses! Well right now I only have the endura and a native which I carry every day at work. My first knife was a delica 1 that my dad got me to fend off the neighborhood dogs, and since then I have had and sold numerous enduras, delicas etc. Have many knives bu...
