Re: Lil Chokwe
That's great news. If that's the case I may have to trim my collection to get one when it comes out.

Re: Lil Chokwe
Hey Sal
Just curious but when I read up on the description of the Chokwe it mentioned a charity. Is this something we can expect for this new model?

Re: Another Lil’ Native idea......
Honestly as much as i love my lil native, I'd only want to see a wharncliffe version if either they thinned out the blade stock or gave it a hollow grind.

I get the feeling that the uniform serrations will work better for bread while the serrations we usually see on spydercos will be fantastic on things like tomatoes and such

I'd imagine they're going through some prototyping and testing. That can usually take a fair while

Re: Any plans for a Lil Native LW?
The Lil Native is very stout for its size, and from what I've heard the Chaparral is more thin, slicey, and delicate. I don't think there'd be too much competition between the two. I have both and honestly, I use the Lil native more than the chap. Mind you, the LN I use when I'm working in retail a...

Re: Para 3 FRN observation and question
Long-time lurker, first time poster: I've been EDCing a Para 3 FRN since the end of April, when they became available and I ordered one. I have found it to be an excellent everyday knife, and I love the wire clip that allows me to carry it much more discretely than my Paramilitary 2 - which isn't r...

Re: Sage 5 LW - Coming Soon? Specs?
Since the Sage line has always been about the lock, does anybody think the LW series will go through the four other locks? I'm inclined to say "no" especially since a FRN frame lock would be interesting to say the least. But I could see how some people wouldn't mind the other three locks....

Re: Lil Native just keeps getting better
I actually prefer the stone wash finish. It guaranteed that only the cutting edge was sharp. Every satin finished spydie i've purchased has had a sharp thumb hole that i've found uncomfortable. And i actually find it quite attractive. And I'm loving the comp lock for minimizing risk of cutting me wh...

Re: Chaparral FRN CQI
I recommend a touch of lube where the knife contacts the backlock (and maybe the pin holding the backlock)
That made a big difference in my opinion

Re: Urban LW Coyote—realistic look
I can't compare mine to any other iterations of the knife but there really is only one thing i had to complain about.
The thumb hole was sharp. Unpleasantly sharp. It took me a while to wear it down to the point where it isn't an issue anymore but to begin with...
