Re: Cold Steel Talk

so, i just ordered a rajah iii today on amazon for $48 after tax. did you know you could split it into three payments?! i only paid $18 today, ill have the knife tomorrow, and then two more months of $15 payments. that's not even going to be noticeable. what a dangerous, but beneficial feature. 😂 an...

Re: The Magnacut Paramilitary 2

What’s the point of making such an already corrosive resistant blade, DLC! Really hope they do this in a plain non DLC version. there are way more non-coated salts than coated. please don't complain about any of the few coated models that do exist. some of use are happy about it and wish there were...

Re: Cold Steel Talk

cold steel favorites... tuff lite - this knife is really a great edc, especially if you are restricted to smaller blades. when i had to carry a knife smaller than 2.5", the tuff lite was a great yojimbo stand-in. in fact, i'd argue that it's better than either the lil native wharncliffe or micr...

Re: Cold Steel Talk

the rajah is on my list. was gonna order one during midways last sale but opted for a frenzy instead. the rajah looks like it could come to dominate the pocket machete role. the handle looks a little less abrasive too which will be nice for times I'm not using gloves. i will say that chopping with ...

Re: Cold Steel Talk

the pocket clips are mostly good. the compact clips on voyagers and recon 1's work very well for me. the issue is they have too much tension and no smooth patch on the scales. I remove them and sand the scales a bit with 120 grit, then put the clip back on. Then I slide a few coins under the clip a...

Hi P_atrick,

It wasn't rigid enough and a slight twist permitted the Linerlock to unlock. I think I'll draw one up with a Compression Lock.

Re: Upping the price.

Personally I blame Sal and Spyderco. If they only made 2 or 3 good knives this would be easy. But they had to go and make hundreds of knives that I want, totally their fault and they knew what they were doing. :rofl ain't that the truth. i want five knives from the last reveal, most of which still ...

When you can’t tell if it was AI or human who drew the picture, does it still matter? that's actually when it matters most. there are plenty of negatives from an artistic standpoint, but there are far more implications that are even more dangerous. we're talking about losing culture and security al...
