Sorry to disapoint but you are all wrong with this. The law as it stands allows a sub 3" folder with NO LOCK to be carried at all times. Otherwise you can carry what you want other than specifically banned knives such as butterfly and autos as well as 'combat knives'. Technically speaking then ...
