Although my experience with a copperhead snake certainly can't compare with a cougar, it amazed me that I did the right thing very quickly and without even thinking: I cut his head off. I was working out in the woods and was carrying a long pipe with a chisel tip that we used to deforest the area so...

My Spydies are all so sharp they wear plaid sports jackets with a white shirt and a bow tie. Not to mention tassle loafers and socks to match the jacket.

Just because it is discontinued doesn't mean you shouln't own it. Here's one on EBAY for a pittance $65 with no bids on it: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1848210415 I'd scarf it up myself but I just got an Orange Rescue Jr for $34. I can't buy them all. But this would be a g...

java: 2 holes on the same blade so that the holes were like wheels on a bike. Maybe lazer cut a bike instead of the standard round hole like a 'Q'. Kind of a quirky thing.

Q: About C45OR Rescue

Can a C45OR Rescue be part serrated? I have a bid on one and it is described as such but I thought the C45OR was either plain edged or SE.

Spyderco could make the Lance Armstrong commemorative knife with _2_ Syydieholes and a bicycle frame engraved between them (so the holes look like wheels.

Just a thought,

While chewing on grass called fescue,
CalypsoKid pondered his bid on an Orange Rescue,
The bid was low,
but he hoped it would go,
and net him a brand new Spyderco.

p.s. I actually do have a bid on an Orange Rescue Jr.

Joyce, just my opinion but I think that <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> should post ads in Backpacker and Outside, if you don't already.

I thought the 'Spydie Drop' was similar to a 'pigeon drop'. I been doing it for months now. Works like a charm. You find a mark and tell him or her that you found a Spyderco knife and a large amount of cash on the sidewalk. You tell him that you'd be willing to share this money with him, *and* he co...

JMO, but I think that beveling the hole would cause it to lose some of it's grip, making for mis-fires. Which would cause those envelopes I was about to open to giggle hysterically at my blunder. I don't need any more criticism than I am already getting. Just leave my holes square thank you very kin...

I got rid of MS Outlook and use Netscape to read my mail. I don't have to worry about viruses because Netscape won't execute a script attached to an email. There was a man from Nantucket,
With a Spyderco so sharp he couldn't touch it,
One day, it slipped in his hand,
Now when he pee's, he don't stand,
But he sits like a girl on the tarlet.

You are absolutely correct Raden. The American Civil War fought over a states right to allow it's citizens to hold slaves. And nothing else. And if a black man takes offense at the highest symbol of a government whose intent was to enslave black men against their will, then he is just ignorant becau...
