An alloy of 98% rhodium, 1% iron, and 1% carbon (still technically steel, right?). I will then melt those knives down, sell the rhodium, and buy hundreds of knives in whatever variety of steels I want. With the left over cash I'd probably buy a house.

What constitutes a tanto is surprisingly broad. This diagram of various tanto profiles with cross sections might interest some.

Never had a problem using plain old mineral oil from the laxative aisle at the pharmacy.

I think most agree that the Kiwi family is one of the all time greats that is sorely missed in the current offerings.
