Re: Tungsten Carbide Mule

I'm guessing this is cost prohibitive. The tooling would be ridiculous.

Pretty cool. Curious which other models we might see in this configuration?

Outside of kitchen knives, there hasn't been a Super Blue release in a while.

Re: Options for a plain, simple, boring, old timer like me.

Buy the vg-10 SE endela and be done with it. It's versatile, easy to sharpen, holds a decent edge, and the scales are black.

I'm behind this 100%. The extra texture doesn't matter to me. I just want a pacific salt in magnacut both SE and PE.

So, I can put an edge on a Maxamet blade with marshmallows if I use enough of them?
I’ve personally done it, are you gonna call me a liar?
Good way of getting a nice sticky edge!
🤣

I'm easily entertained.

Re: Rex 76 mule. Who got one?

I'm curious what you guys intended use is on this particular mule. I don't know a whole lot about REX 76 as it's a very rare steel to see used in knives. Are you guys planning on using it for a hard use utility knife, an outdoors fixed blade, an EDC, a kitchen steel? I'm just curious if you guys do...

I just noticed tonight that my LC200N mule is taichung and my SPY27 is Golden Colorado. Is this a function of the steel or something else? I could care either way. I think they are both top quality. Im just curious.
