How Long To Get A Replacement Warranty Knife?

Can anyone tell me how long that it normally takes for the Spyderco Warranty Dept to ship out a replacement knife for the one that was unrepairable?

It has been nearly two weeks and I only live one state away. I am just wondering.

I think that is a huge freakin picture!!

I like both versions, but I prefer the FRN one. I like the handle comfort better-it just "melts" in your hand.

Thanks for the info! No, I have not tried one of their liner locks. I would guess that they would be fairly easy to open. i have not read any complaints about the lockup on them. I have noticed that the smaller ones do open easier. I had a Pioneer that I just gave away and it was ridiculous. I am lo...

What model # is it? I liked the looks of that knife when I saw your first post, so I looked it up and came to the conclusion that it is a #48. Is this correct? How stiff is the backspring? I have several GEC folders and most of them are very difficult to open-except the Congress. I like slipjoints, ...

One person out of how many officers in the NYPD.

How do we really know if this information is accurate?

It might be representative of the overall situation or it might be the rant of one disillusioned officer.

Whether this information is accurate or not, I do not know. This is not new for car manufacturers or other companies. However, I have a...
