Rolled over at quarter to five, downed some whey and C4, and walked on over to the gym. A bunch of tech schoolers were giving me dirty looks for not being on the track, but hey, I'm not in tech school any more, and I don't have to spend an hour for a marginal workout anymore :D Went to the weight ro...

Roll outta bed 'bout quarter to three, Air Force troops gonna motivate me. Wait a minute.....it's not jodie time. Anyways, went out to the track today for a short little jog in the cold. It's been a while since I've done cardio, and today definately was a good day for it. I only put in two miles, bu...

It did, thankfully. Sometimes people just need to know that somebody will be there to support them during some very hard times.

Studying my CDC's. I got a call from a freind who was suicidal around 1100 this morning, and cooked it on the highway an hour south. It really does make you appreciate the little things in life.

I'm a firm believer in having fun (and I bet most people here are as well). I rarely train or workout on the weekends, and I do have a few 'cheater' meals as well. It's important for your mental health, and it also helps your body recover fully for the next cycle of training. This weekend is no exce...

I love my Mudman. 3031. Tough sumbitch that takes a LOT of abuse and keeps on ticking, imprevious to pretty much every enviornmental hazard known to man. I don't bother with the atomic/solar purchase for it, and it cost me $88 new. Calender takes care of itself, as does DST.

There's a difference between a fitness oriented group, which is great, and branching out to those who aren't fitness buffs for moral support. I'm a member of more than one fitness group for a reason, but that's not the point of this. Thank you though :)

For those that don't want to go to the gym, I can't blame you. There's always some jerk who knows everything, and finds the newest person to be by to make them look better than they really are. Don't let them get in your head if you go to the gym. You're there for you, not to impress some stranger. ...

I guess I'll start this off. I've noticed over the course of my life, and especially in the military, that team work is everything. Yes, we all like to have some "me"/quiet time, but when it's time to get %&@# done, nothing gets it done more effciently than teamwork. This brings me to ...

One more question: Are there metal bracelets that don't pinch off arm hair? I heard a Youtube reviewer hint that a cheap band will pull hair but is the opposite true for more expensive bands? My Citizen doesn't pinch or pull on any hair whatsoever. Pretty much maintenance free stainless steel, a pl...

First Benchmade

Bought my first Benchmade today - but I redeemed myself with the purchase of a Spydie as well. I've been looking around for a light, thin, classy, yet high-tech looking knife for a while. I found it today. A Benchmade 32, the small morpho ballisong. It's got clean elegant lines with jeweled anodized...
